Domestic Shipping (Within India )
We usually ship within 5 working days of receiving your order, In case if the product is out of stock or if there is any delay, we will notify you by mail.
We usually ship through air service and it generally get deliver within 4-5 working days post dispatch and in case the total weight of your order is on higher side we will ship by surface mode that will deliver it to you 6-7 workings days post dispatch,However please allow 7-10 days to arrive your order.
International Shipping
For International Shipments we usually Ship within 5-7 working days and if there is any delay in any case we will inform you via email.
Shipment normally takes 15-20 days to reach at your destination but please allow us 25 days atleast to deliver your order.

So please bear with us if you are placing or including any Ritual or customised Candle or magical oils in your order.
If the product is damaged in transit you may choose to return it and a refund would be issued within 5- 7 working days. Please Know the return will be only eligible for unused products and please make sure its in it original packaging before returning it.
You need to inform the courier agent or courier partner upon delivery if there is any damage done by courier service All the prices on the website are inclusive Taxes.
